Evil Invaders have dropped a video for Venom’s incendiary anthem Witching Hour – taken from the Dutch band’s Live In Antwerp release.

The brutal slab of black metal is given the full Evil Invaders treatment in front of a raucous home crowd.

And Venom’s 1981 classic still sounds fresh almost 40 years down the line.

“Venom is a Metal icon and Witching Hour is a true Metal classic to which we gave our own touch,” said Evil Invaders frontman Joe.

“This is Evil Invaders meets Venom and the extra special element is that our lead guitarist Max is doing vocals on this one – giving the song a new dimension for the fans.

“The adrenaline we feel on stage when playing this cover track is beyond insane. Despite the blades, the smoke and all the sparks, we think everyone made it out alive.”

Evil Invaders has just announced a headline tour through Germany and the Netherlands next month.
