Counterparts have announced a massive UK and European tour scheduled to kick off in winter 2020.

The Canadian band will hit up 15 dates across the Netherlands, Germany, England and Scotland in February and they will be doing so with special guests Can’t Swim, Chamber (US), Static Dress (UK only).

Counterparts recently released their 6th album, Nothing Left to Love, via Pure Noise Records. The record went straight to #1 in the Hard Music Billboard charts and was produced by Will Putney, who has worked with The Acacia Strain and Every Time I Die.

Nothing Left to Love keeps the general DNA of the band intact while showcasing a development of their sound – with some of the breakdowns harking back to 2010’s Prophets.

Can’t Swim have recently released their own EP, Foreign Language, which features guest appearances from Spencer Pollar, Adam Lazzara, Drew Dijorio and Frank Carter. Foreign Language is among their heaviest work and will be the perfect backup to Counterparts’ sound.

This news comes hot on the heels of The Chats announcing that they’ve sold out nine of their UK shows in December. The Australian shed rockers have recently completed a tour of New Zealand – you can read our review of their Wellington show here – and are now ready to take on the other side of the world.

Their Norwich, Aberdeen, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol gigs still have tickets available so get them while you can!
