Scots rockers Biffy Clyro were putting the finishing touches to the new video clip for single Captain today – after setting a November 9 release date for hotly anticipated album Only Revolutions.

The band embark on a  12-date UK headline tour a week earlier – including back-to-back dates in front of a home crowd at Glasgow’s Barrowlands.

And it seems the British music-buying public will be going Biffy mad all over again with word from inside the camp that Only Revolutions is yet another monstrous rock masterpiece.

With uber producer GGGarth Richardson (RATM, Red Hot Chilli Peppers) returning to twiddle his famous knobs there’s every chance Biffy’s new record will build on the phenomenal success of 2007’s Puzzle. But to judge for yourself check out the band at the following November dates:
