Liverpool based experimental metal five-piece Loathe will be supporting the Hollywood Undead on their upcoming UK tour.

The run of dates starts at the Brixton Academy in London and will take in nine venues up and down the country.

Loathe will follow that up with dates in Bristol, Bournemouth, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle, Sheffield and Nottingham before finishing the run in Cardiff at the Great Hall.

The five-piece will also be supporting Employed To Serve on the 11th and 12th of May in London and Glasgow before playing Camden Rocks in June and Boomtown Festival in August.

Loathe hail from the English north-west and their debut album The Cold Sun nailed their colours to the mast with it. The Cold Sun is an ode to the times we’re living in and the murky future that we all find ourselves faced with.

The result was a passionate work filled with technical precision, sinister ambience and bitter bile. Loathe offer a sonic architecture which weaves together hardcore, heavy electronics, djent, post-punk and deathcore with a side of prog.

Loathe are currently working on their follow up to The Cold Sun that will be released later this year. The album is out now via SharpTone Records, as well as their split EP with Holding Absence titled This Is As One.
