P.O.D. embark on their UK and Irish headline tour next week with special guests Alien Ant Farm and ’68. But how do the chart busting San Diego quartet pass their time from town to town?

We asked the guys to reveal the soundtrack to their road trip…

Refused The Shape Of Punk To Come

The energy, the vibrations are a must no matter where we go. It’s a must!

Love every element of this album. The musicianship, the tones, the energy. Inspiring in every which way. Not one tour goes by that we don’t play this album in our tour bus or in our dressing room.

Bad BrainsQuickness/Rock For Light (tie)

Without either of these two records P.O.D. wouldn’t probably exist today. The raw emotion and energy, not to mention the mix of punk and Rasta vibes, are so influential and inspirational to our band. That’s why they are always on tour with us.

Suicidal TendenciesLights, Camera, Revolution

Punk rock, metal vibrations, at its finest. Quintessential in the P.O.D. tour listening library.

Beastie Boys License To Ill

Pretty much anything by the Beastie Boys is a win and a must for us. Perfect for any tour, worldwide. They have every element that we love musically. It motivates and inspires us to keep jumping up n out on tour.

Check out the tour poster and catch P.O.D., Alien Ant Farm and ’68 across the UK and Ireland in the next few weeks! Circles, by P.O.D., is out now via Mascot Records.
