Driving force Scott Gorham has put together a Who’s Who of rock talent heading into 2011 when the band will kick off a full UK headline tour.
Joining the guitarist will be Lizzy alumni Brian Downey and Darren Wharton plus Def Leppard’s Vivian Campbell, former Whitesnake man Marco Mendoza and ex-Almighty frontman turned solo star Ricky Warwick.
Universal will begin reissuing the band’s full back catalogue later this year in full co-operation with Gorham who recently discovered a vault of Lizzy rarities and old live recordings. That programme will continue well into 2011 by which time the new line-up will be ready to hit the road.

In addition to the UK, Thin Lizzy’s new line up will play Dublin on January 4th 2011. This special show will mark the 25th anniversary of Phil Lynott’s passing and the event will feature many additional guest stars and performers. Venue details are set to follow.
