Almighty main man and hard rocking troubador Ricky Warwick has announced the first wave of dates in support of eagerly anticipated solo album Belfast Confetti – and he’s playing the Celtic card by staging every one in either Ireland or Scotland!
But don’t despair. rushonrock has it on good authority that one of the hardest working men in music will be playing a slew of dates across England and Europe – slipping in the odd festival date for good measure. Now that’s a relief…
Warwick’s latest offering is rumoured to be an acoustic tour de force and we can’t wait to hear it given a live airing. Due for release on April 27, it’s been snapped up by Tyneside’s Global Music label and, as a result, we’d be very surprised if young Ricky doesn’t do his damnedest to secure the odd show in our neck of the woods. Very surprised.
