Rarely has there been such a buzz about one band in such a short space of time but we reckon Fearless Vampire Killers might just live up to the hype.
With ambitious debut long player Militia Of The Lost released digitally on Monday (with the physical release to follow a week later) and a slot at this year’s Download Festival in the bag these are heady times for the London shock rockers.
Boasting a full page review in today’s Kerrang! and nominated by the same magazine in the Best British Newcomer category, it seems the quirky quintet are poised to dominate the rock scene in 2012.
Militia Of The Lost is a concept album documenting a year in a fictional city called Grandomina and remains free of genres – showcasing FVK’s talent for fusing the many faces of rock and metal into one fantastic melting pot of modern music.
And here at RUSHONROCK we reckon it’s a winning combination guaranteed to appeal to fans across the board. Look out for a full review on Sunday and catch the band at festivals and in support of William Control this summer.
