Those fans disappointed to discover that You Me At Six weren’t taking in their town on the latest leg of their mammoth Take Off Your Colours tour can rest easy – the band will be back with a full UK jaunt in 2010!
Speaking exclusively to rushonrock today lead singer and Kerrang! cover star Josh Franceschi revealed: “I’ve just seen the schedule for the start of 2010 and we’re back on the road again.”
Fresh from the 2009 Warped tour, YM@6 play London, Manchester, Dundee, Edinburgh and Aberdeen next week. But that mini tour will be the last in the UK before the band gears up for launching album number two.
“We’ve been mixing it this week with a view to releasing it after Christmas,” added Franceschi. “Then we’ll hit the road again and for all of rushonrock‘s readers in the North East I can let you into a little secret – Newcastle’s Academy is on the next leg of dates!”
