Manchester mob Nine Black Alps kick off their hotly anticipated UK tour tonight with the post-grunge fourpiece checking in at Newcastle’s Cluny tomorrow.
With download single Buy Nothing projecting the rockers back into the big time and a new album slated for release later this year it seems the one-time major label darlings are doing just fine – doing it their way.
May’s mini tour proved the demand for one of Britain’s best kept secrets is greater than ever and 13 dates spanning the whole of the country have been lined up to celebrate the talents of Sam Forest and his mates.
NBA started work on their latest opus late last year and the Dave Eringa (Manics) produced record should be out on the band’s own label before the end of the year.
