It’s another raucous week of rock with live action aplenty, interviews to make your eyes water, another huge Metallica reissue and lots more besides.
In the next seven days we’ll be bringing you more Thunder, more Wednesday 13, more Dirty Rock And Roll and more great gossip from the world of rock and metal.
And there’s even a rumour doing the rounds that Self Made Man is poised to deliver his verdict on the new Neil Young record. Incredible. Wednesday and Thursday sees back-to-back live shows from our favourite unsigned heroes Dirty Rock And Roll as they play Newcastle’s Head Of Steam 24 hours before opening up for fellow Geordies Columbia and The Sex Pistols Experience at Whitley Bay’s Trojan Rooms.
Expect a hot off the press (how old skool are we?) review from the latter plus the latest in our series of The Vinyl Words. We’re well into the Top 40 of The Vinyl Countdown and of course there are blogs from SMM and our very own Rock O’ The North.
And anyone heading to Good Friday’s Mayfair Reunion at Newcastle’s o2 Academy send us a message and let us know the craic. Can’t be there – gutted.
