Benefit show Rock’n The Trust is just 48 hours away as musicians join forces to help save the nation’s most at risk live venues.
A star-studded line-up of domestic and overseas talent is streaming unique sets — available from May 8-14.
And a whole host of ticket and merch bundles are still available with Glen Matlock, Jesse Malin, Ed Harcourt and more pooling their talents in aid of the Music Venue Trust crisis fund.
“It’s a must to support grassroots venues,” said Paddy Considine of Riding The Low.
“They are an important stamping ground for new talent to emerge.
“Artists cut their teeth in these places.
“Audiences experience intimacy that they don’t get in larger venues.
“Whether a performer or a punter, they’re a massive part of history and we must strive to keep them alive.”
Rock’n The Trust streams from 8pm (GMT)/1pm (PST)/4pm (EST) on May 8.
And the show will revolve around ‘house band’ The Tier Jerkers — featuring touring musicians Rex Roulette, Seye Adelekan (Gorillaz), Mat Hector and Ben Ellis (both Iggy Pop).
Guests are recording their Rock’n The Trust sets on location at the Hard Rock Café in London and remotely from their home towns.
