Ramblin’ Man Fair’s Saturday main stage continues to take shape with the news that The Temperance Movement and Ugly Kid Joe are joining the party.
They join headliners Black Stone Cherry and mystery special guests on a bill that’s fast becoming the Kent shindig’s best yet.
The Temperance Movement won an army of new fans during their latest stint as special guests to US veterans Blue Oyster Cult on the latter’s UK tour.
And the Anglo-Scottish combo continue to jostle for position with Rival Sons as the most exciting emerging classic rock band in the world.
Ugly Kid Joe might have celebrated their 30thanniversary in 2017 but the Californian quintet have retained the youthful appeal that catapulted breakout hit Everything About You into the UK’s top three.
And there are few better bands when it comes to whipping a festival crowd into a late afternoon frenzy.
“UKJ is excited to play Ramblin’ Man Fair this year,” said frontman Whitfield Crane. “We’ve been keeping an eye on it for the past couple of years and it’s grown into a monster. We are excited to feed the monster!”
Also confirmed for Ramblin’ Man 2019 is blues outfit Everlast – featuring former House Of Pain frontman Whitey Ford.
