2015 ALBUMS OF THE YEAR

RUSHONROCK RECORD OF THE YEAR 2015

Warren Haynes – Ashes & Dust Featuring Railroad Earth

We said: “This is a record that’s supposed to offer sanctuary to those songs without a home. Ironically Haynes sounds like he’s finally found his way home…after a career spanning hundreds of live shows, myriad albums and Grammy wins. His future will be fascinating.”

With a career spanning The Allman Brothers, Govt. Mule and The Dead it shouldn’t come as a huge surprise that Warren Haynes is capable of a solo album of such consistent quality. Nevertheless Ashes & Dust was all killer and no filler and a clear winner where RUSHONROCK is concerned. Missed this? You missed out.
