Coheed And Cambria frontman Claudio Sanchez has warned fans to expect ‘one wild trip’ when the band roll into the UK for three hotly anticipated shows next month.

With new record Year Of The Black Rainbow reinforcing the band’s reputation as one of the most thought-provoking rock acts around their brief British stop-off has become one of 2010’s must-see live events.

And prior to tonight’s Washington DC show Sanchez told rushonrock: “I’m not exactly sure what we’re bringing over for the UK shows. But if they’re anything like this tour we’re doing in the States right now then it’s going to be a wild one! “It’s just been crazy every night for the past four weeks. Our fan base has grown significantly over the time that we’ve been away and everybody’s very enthusiastic about what we’re doing.

“It’s been a blast so far and I don’t expect that to change anytime soon.”
