The band responsible for rushonrock‘s 2008 Album Of The Year, US comeback kings Tesla, continue to set new standards with the release of a brand new live record.

Alive In Europe does what it says on the tin with 15 tracks culled from various venues across the continent. We checked them out twice in 24 hours last summer and the results were outstanding.

Released next month, the Frontiers Records’ follow-up to the phenomenal Forever More should complement the band’s legendary Five Man Acoustical Jam and whet fans’ appetites for the next studio album. Released on April 23 classic tracks including Heaven’s Trail, Modern Day Cowboy and the superb Signs (if you missed that tune at Download you missed out) sit alongside new tracks from the Forever More record including the thumping title track.

Tesla is a band back on the up and we’re backing them all the way. Look out for a full review of Alive In Europe next month.
