Revitalised rockers Motley Crue continue to build on the success of the past few years with the re-release of their seminal Dr Feelgood album next month – issued as a deluxe double CD edition!
The original release saw the Crue reach their commercial peak, combining hit singles with a powerful production and a series of eye-catching clips perfect for the MTV generation. But 20 years on from its chart-topping debut it’s time for fans new and old to relive a true hair metal classic.
Although the original tracks are said to sound even sharper after the full remastering treatment the real treat is the second disc. Live versions of Girls, Girls, Girls and Dr Feelgood, from a show in Russia, should remind the masses of just how great the band were as a live act long before a series of questionable Crue Fest shows.
