Ozzy Osbourne axeman Gus G has promised Firewind fans he remains fully committed to the power metal heroes.
And the Greek legend revealed his bandmates are right behind the move which saw him replace the ousted Zakk Wylde earlier this year.
In an exclusive post-Ozzfest chat with RUSHONROCK, Gus revealed Firewind will play a one-off London show on January 7. And he insisted: “The other guys have been very supportive about the Ozzy move.
“It’s come at a good time with the new Firewind album out soon and it’s propelled that band to new heights.
“Ozzy is a big commitment and the world tour still has a long way to run. But I can do both. It’s not a problem.”
