Richard HolmesCaledonian metal act Saor has signed to Season of Mist.
Mixing atmospheric Black Metal, Celtic Folk and traditional Scottish music, Saor (meaning ‘free’ in Scottish Gaelic) was founded in 2013 by Andy Marshall and has since gone on to record four studio albums: 2013’s Roots; 2014’s Aura; 2016’s Guardians; and Forgotten Paths, which was released to critical acclaim this year.
Andy Marshall said: “I’m very happy to announce that Saor has signed a deal with Season of Mist!
“It’s an honour to be signed to such an influential label and it already feels like home.
“I’m looking forward to this collaboration and to start working on my next album.”
