Guitar heroes from across the globe can win a unique axe by showcasing their talent – in just 52 notes!
WaterBear – The College of Music have launched the 2019 Rob Chapman 52 Note Guitar Challenge Competition.
And judges are spreading their net worldwide in the pursuit of six-string stars with talent to spare.
Musos must jam over a backing track – limiting their entry to just 52 notes. Videos of the finished entry are uploaded to YouTube.
The competition is open to guitar players of all ages from across the world. The prize is a one-off prototype Chapman ML1 Guitar, including hard case, and will be shipped directly to the winner.
