It’s Hard Rock Hell week on rushonrock and we’ve been talking to some of the star names headed for Prestatyn to find out what they make of 2009’s metal holiday camp.
So let’s hear what Quireboys/Down N Outz axe slinger Paul Guerin has to say:
“The HRH bill just keeps getting better and better. There are band I wouldn’t normally go and see who I’m really curious about – the likes of Wrathchild! And it’s all in a holiday camp! Of course I want to see W.A.S.P.. We’ve done various shows over the years with those guys but it’s always a great show. Blackie Lawless is like the heavy metal Noddy Holder. I’ve played SXSW in Austin, Texas a few times and the whole town is taken over by rockers – you go to see gig after gig after gig and you plan your itinerary down to the last minute. I imagine it will be the same at Pontins!”
