They’re playing to thousands of rockers and metal heads at Birmingham’s NEC tomorrow night as part of a cracking Hellfire bill featuring the likes of Saxon and Anvil.
And North Eastern heroes The Casino Brawl have just announced a headline show at Newcastle’s Trillians after coming off the road with the Haunted.

It’s a black day for rock reviews as both The Black Crowes and Blackhole are rated by rushonrock. And another member of the B-team, the North East’s very own The Casino Brawl, release their debut album with 10 tracks of pure metal fury coming your way.

To anyone outside of London the North East must seem like a tiny little corner of an unwelcoming world, where in-breds and flat cap wearing weirdos speak like Brian Johnson and dress like Ginger on a bad day.
But we don’t really care about that. Because we’re bloody good at what we do and, most importantly, shouting about it from the rooftops. Johnno, Spike and Paul from the Quireboys and even Teesside crooners David Coverdale and Paul Rodgers never miss an opportunity to namecheck Newcastle, Blyth, Saltburn, Middlesbrough or wherever.
