There is a general consensus on the grapevine that Rammstein’s latest album will be their last. After admitted disputes over musical directions the band could be parting ways. If so, then they certainly went out with a bang.
Rammstein had only three UK dates on their latest tour. London, Manchester and Birmingham were lucky enough to be included and thousands flocked to see a band that has matured progressively since their last UK tour in 2005. Read the rest of this entry »

The decision to announce AC/DC as the first headline act for Download 2010 has given the UK’s premier rock and metal festival a huge shot in the arm.

It was always a gamble. But at the time it seemed like a gamble worth taking.
Adding Rammstein’s new record to this year’s Amazon wishlist was an innocent enough step.

Sonisphere may have stolen a march on its rivals in the race to become crowned the summer festival of 2010 – naming Iron Maiden, Rammstein and Alice Cooper among its confirmed acts – but next year’s new kid on the block has hit back in some style.
The Classic Rock conceived High Voltage two-dayer had already named ELP and ZZ Top as co-headliners and now Foreigner, Focus, Black Label Society and Clutch have been added to the bill.

rushonrock tip for 2010 Marya Roxx impressed the masses on the Hard Rock Hell main stage last weekend but now she’s out to make her mark on the world.
