RUSHONROCK‘s favourite Finnish retro rockers Reckless Love will back up October’s monster UK tour – including their London Barfly residency – with a brand new mini album featuring remixes, live tracks and more!

Delivering the best live shows money can buy, Olli Hermann and the guys are coming to a town near you unperturbed by allegations that they’re simply aping the best (or worst) of the 80s. In fact that’s exactly what Reckless Love aspire to!

And the band has confirmed the release of a new eight-song mini-album ahead of their live dates – with Born To Break Your Heart due on October 1 via Spinefarm Records.

“We are all so excited about this release,” said Hermann. “As old school ’80s metal fans, we wanted to put together something we were dying to get from our own idols, in the fashion of G n’ R Lies (which was like a gift from heaven for us as kids)n – a sort of bonus item designed to reveal more of the whole band and its foundations.

“So, instead of just releasing Born To Break Your Heart as a straight single, we’ve thrown in some kickass live tracks, plus a couple of badass acoustic cuts and more, to give a special treat to our fans. To top it all off, we’ve got a great new mix of the title track by the legendary Tim Palmer himself…”

The full track-listing is as follows:

1.      Born To Break Your Heart (Tim Palmer Mix)

2.      Beautiful Bomb (Live)

3.      On The Radio (Live)

4.      Hot (Live)

5.      Push (Outtake From The Album “Animal Attraction”)

6.      Animal Attraction (Unplugged)

7.      The Boys Are Back In Town (Unplugged)

8.      One More Time (Unplugged)

Ahead of their biggest Uk tour to date Hermann added: “We’ve also put together a healthy run of nationwide dates to back the whole thing up.

“So, this October, we’ll be embarking on a tour that throws us straight back into the spirit of our ’80’s sunset strip idols, by coming back every Thursday to the Barfly in Camden Town, North London – four London headline shows in a month!

“We’re gonna make every night a special event. You’d better be there to witness it all – they’ll be talking about this outing for some time to come!”

Main support for the tour comes in the form of UK rockers Mallory Knox, who will perform at all shows except the London Barfly dates on Octover 4, 18 and 25 – other guests acts will be added to fill these slots.
